This document presented is an agreement between buyer and container seller that protects the buyers rights of not being scammed for fraudulent business or sales tactics.
By signing this document you are waiving all sellers terms & conditions of the following listed below.
1. If buyer decides to cancel order prior to delivery date promised by seller, seller can not charge a cancellation fee and must return 100% of full amount charged to credit or debit card within 3-5 business days.
2. If container arrives in the time promised but is not in the right condition as sold by sales person, buyer has the right to reject container on delivery day with out being fined, feed or charged the following: cancellation fees, restocking fees or keeping the delivery money and buyer will get 100% total returned to credit or debit card with 3-5 business days.
3. If buyer was promised a 60 or 90 day (full refund or money back guarantee) and buyer chooses to take advantage of that promise, seller must honor a 100% refund as promised by seller within the promised time frame. 100% refund must be returned within 3-5 business days.
4. If seller promised a warranty of any kind the warranty must be honored as disclosed. If container arrives on delivery day with blatant holes, buyer has the right to reject container with a 100% full refund and no fees or fines to be charged to customer. 100% full refund must be filed within 3-5 business days days.
By seller signing this document you are waiving the terms & conditions of misc fee or fines if wrong doing or poor service is provided.
Failure to honor agreement signed will result in a charge back by customer with a 100% full amount returned!
